The process of transition of the polymer from a molten state to a solid one extends from the cold walls of the mold cavity deep into the body of the casting. When the temperature of the casting is reduced to a level that excludes thermal deformation of the produced parts, they are mechanically removed from the mold along with technological sprues and the production cycle is repeated again.
