Brass check valve for bypasses DN 40mm
Availability: in stock
Short description
Ball check valves of the original design DN40mm (1 1/2") made of brass are installed in bypasses as a shut-off device to prevent the return flow of liquid in heating systems.
The original ball check valve for bypass DN40mm (1 1/2") made of brass is designed for installation in bypasses with a diameter of 40mm as a shut-off device for the return flow of liquid in heating systems and structurally consists of two forged brass parts with external and internal pipe threads 40mm, connected among themselves threaded on a special heat-resistant glue... A rubber ball of increased buoyancy acts as a locking device, which allows the system to operate in automatic mode.
Thanks to the use of modern production technologies, the price of a brass check valve for a bypass DN40mm (1 1/2 ") is more economical than the price of a cast iron check valve of the same diameter, and even surpasses the cast-iron counterpart in terms of reliability and corrosion resistance. In addition, it is worth noting that due to the presence of external and internal threads on the ball valve, when assembling the bypass system, only one 40mm spigot is needed instead of two, which also makes it possible to obtain a lower production cost for heating bypasses.
